For full-service planning, I recommend reaching out 12-18 months before your wedding date. For partial planning, 6-9 months out is ideal. Day-of coordination can be booked 2-6 months before your wedding, though earlier is always better for securing your date.

Yes, I do weddings across the Sea to Sky corridor and BC, and can do destination weddings outside of BC for an additional fee.

Your venue coordinator works for the venue and focuses on their property's logistics (catering, room setup, venue-specific requirements). Your wedding planner works for you and manages all vendors, timeline, family coordination, and overall wedding day flow.
