Less Chaos. More Presence.

I’m the kind of planner who genuinely loves a good spreadsheet, double-checks every detail, and builds timelines so nothing is left to chance. On the wedding day, I’m your calm, steady presence, quietly keeping things moving smoothly so you can focus on celebrating with the people you love. I’ll also be honest and direct when it comes to decisions, offering clear guidance (and backup plans) so you’re never left guessing what’s happening or what comes next.

How I Work

Dramatic Landscapes. Unique Energy.

Whistler isn't just where I work. It's my home. I chose this mountain town because of the dramatic landscapes, the incredible hospitality community, and the unique energy that comes with planning celebrations in one of the world's most beautiful destinations.

Planning a Whistler wedding requires understanding of seasonal weather impacts, photo locations (always have a back up), local and reliable vendors. This insider knowledge makes all the difference between a good wedding and an unforgettable one.
